Under these terms
Attribution. Give appropriate credit, for example "Trust But Verify Project, trustbutverifyproject.org". Link back to this licence, and say if you changed anything. You can do that however you like, as long as it doesn't suggest the project endorses you.
NonCommercial. Don't use the material for commercial purposes. The exception below is deliberate, and it's a wide one.

Explicit permission for care facilities
Printing this material, handing it to residents, staff, or visitors, or using it to give a talk is always permitted. That includes nursing homes, assisted living communities, senior centres, hospitals, libraries, and similar places, even though many of them are commercial businesses. This project treats that as non-commercial use, because the material itself isn't being sold, licensed for a fee, or used to advertise anything.
This is the use the project was built for. You don't need to ask.
What isn't allowed
Selling this material. Charging for access to it. Using it to promote or endorse a commercial product or service. That's the whole list.
